After her studies in accounting, Alimaa worked for many years in the financial sector. Although Alimaa enjoys her work as treasurer, she also finds her passion in art. In her free time, Alimaa paints, with a special focus on flowers and nature.

Creativity runs in her family. Her father, a drawing teacher and furniture painter, has inspired her as well to develop her artistic talents. Her mother, a flower enthusiast, used to fill their home with artificial flowers, further fueling her fascination with nature.
